To verify your income, you'll need to provide either one month of pay stubs or six months of bank statements.
Applicants must show a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Please note that this requirement applies to all applicants and is in place to help every resident feel confident and comfortable in their new home.
We offer lease terms ranging from 12 to 24 months, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Whether you're settling into Bend or figuring out your next chapter, we have a home that fits.
For the comfort and care of all residents, subleasing is not permitted at our community.
Keeping your home and belongings protected is important to us, which is why renters' insurance is required for all residents. Do keep in mind that coverage requirements may vary depending on your specific home, so we encourage you to check in with our leasing team for details when you are ready.
We're so glad you're staying! For your convenience, renewal options will be sent out 90 days prior to your lease expiration, giving you plenty of time to review your options and plan your next chapter at Petra.

The Larkspur Trail runs directly behind the property, connecting you to Larkspur Park, the Deschutes River, and the Old Mill District.
Pilot Butte State Scenic Viewpoint is a short drive away, with a summit hike offering panoramic views of seven Cascade peaks. For everyday needs, Grocery Outlet is right here in the neighborhood, and Cascade Lakes Pub on Reed Market is just down the road, with a rooftop bar and some of the best views on the east side.
